Young Makers Art Camp - Week 1 (6/18-6/20)
Work with Maker Sara this summer creating art! Week 1 of Art Camp will include Message in a Bottle, Letter String Art, and Pop-Tart Pillow Sewing. These projects are built especially for our younger makers ages 7-12.

About the event
Art Camp classes can be individually booked ($50/day), or booked for the the full week of 3 classes ($135/week). Each class will be 2 hours long and occur from 10am - 12pm.
Week 1 Projects
Message in a Bottle Collage (Day 1 - 6/18)
Young makers will design their version of what's in the bottle that washed onto the Cayucos shore. They will be exploring materials including paper, cardboard, beach trash, beach treasures, paint, markers, textiles and more.
Letter String Art (Day 2 - 6/19)
Young makers will hammer (carefully!) small nails into a board following a pattern for the letter of their choice. Then they will string around the nails to create an awesome lasting piece.
